How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders of Rs 3,000 or more. Orders under Rs 3,000 have a Rs 250 delivery charge. We deliver across Pakistan only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We pack your order and hand it to our courier within 1 to 2 working days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, 3 to 6 working days in other cities, and up to 7 working days in remote areas.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. You can pay cash on delivery or pay online at checkout.
How do exchanges work?
You can exchange full-price items within 14 days of delivery for a different size, colour or product. Your first exchange on every order is free and we arrange the pickup from your address. Read the full policy.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the item, tags and packaging. We pick it up free of charge and send you a replacement or a full refund.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched. Contact us as soon as you can with your order number.
